North Andrews Gardens and North Andrews Terrace are two neighborhoods that can be considered jewels in the heart of Oakland Park. With a population over 10,000 residents, North Andrews Gardens I located north of Prospect Road and south of McNab Road bordered by I95 on the west, and by NE 6th Avenue on the east.
