The impressively design Melrose Park is located in the westernmost point of Fort Lauderdale. West of the Riverland area, Melrose Park is set up in concentric circles in a way that, with a period of time, properties will be worth a lot of money. Melrose Park is an interesting neighborhood with mostly single family one-story homes, some duplexes and multi-family properties. With a little over 1,900 properties in the area, the neighborhood is a modest area with all dry lot properties built in the 60s and 70s. There are also a few new construction properties in the neighborhood, but they are not dominant. Most of the properties are well established and very similar in their Florida design.
