East Wilton Manors is located at Northeast 26th Street near the iconic Five-Points and includes regions east of Dixie Highway. The neighborhood, dating from the 50s, consist of mid-century modest homes predominantly residential, in fact, almost all single family homes with the exception of some retirement homes and Wilton Station, a luxury townhouse/condo development.
Another interesting fact of this neighborhood is that it has its own voluntary homeowners association. For $25, members of the community can participate in the different activities programmed by the members of the association. You don’t have to be a homeowner of the area to belong, and you can definitely enjoy the array of activities on the agenda for this community. Another key feature of this neighborhood is its proximity to Wilton Drive making shopping, dining and entertaining very accessible to residents.
