Flagler Village

FlaglerVillage

What a difference a few years have made for this mixed-use neighborhood. Back in 2003, the community was a big concept in the eyes of developers, today it a contemporary, chic, and fast-growing neighborhood characterized by the artistic and creative look of its architecture. Flagler Village stretches from Broward Blvd to a block South of Sunrise Blvd on the North side, and from Federal Highway on the East side to the Florida East Coast Railway Corridor on the West.

In July of 2003, Avenue Lofts was barely off the ground. Today, multiple phases are completed and fully occupied, along with developments like The Foundry, NOLA Lofts, The Mill and East Village Townhomes among others. For years the city understood that this was an area ready for development, and no other place offered such a clear slate to developers as Flagler Village. Today, residents of Flagler Village still enjoy all the amenities that downtown have to offer. They can take a walk to Riverwalk or just simply hop on the trolley to eat at a boutique restaurant off Las Olas while enjoying the open-minded and creative lifestyle that Flagler Village offers without the price tag of the exclusive downtown location.
