Located between Cypress Creek road and Commercial Boulevard, bordered by NE 18th avenue on the East and Dixie highway on the west, Coral Ridge Isles is just minutes from downtown and the beaches. Coral Ridge Isle’s architecture is primarily one-story ranch pool homes, some of them located on the water with ocean access but fixed bridges. Most of the homes were developed in the 60s and 70s; however, they have gone through different stages of renovations giving the neighborhood a contemporary look. Coral Ridge Isles has a voluntary homeowners association with a very low monthly fee that helps the community to preserve its manicured facade.
