Coral Heights was developed in the early 50s by Coral Ridge Properties after being purchased from Arthur Galt who owned more than 2,400 acres in the area at the time. Coral Heights extended between Federal Highway and Dixie Highway and from Commercial Boulevard to NE 38th Street on the south, and it referred to as the “West of US1 corridor”. Coral Heights offers something for everyone, featuring winding streets with a unique combination of waterfront and dry lot homes.
Even though most homes in Coral Heights were built in the late 1950s to the early 1960s, many of them have been remodeled throughout the years to show a new and contemporary looks. On top of the great amenities and location, you’ll even have easy access to I-95, the Turnpike and close proximity to Holy Cross Hospital. Coral Heights has two large lakes that offer amazing water vistas as well as other canals and waterways with ocean access. It has a suburban feel with everything close by to enjoy like you are living in the middle of the city. Truly a magnificent family neighborhood, Coral Heights is a great option for those looking for a family feel out east.
