The community of Chula Vista is a separate neighborhood located within the grand area of Riverland. Just west of I95, and south of Davie Boulevard, most of the Chula Vista’s residents enjoy the convenience and proximity to shopping, highways and other prominent areas of Fort Lauderdale. Many of the beautiful homes are waterfront properties and built in the 60s to early 80s. Predominantly one story single-family properties, the community is surrounded by fixed bridges for those on the water. Overall, Chula Vista is a great neighborhood with a sense of community throughout its residents.
